I stayed in Japan for 12 days and I have an unlocked phone. This was such a convenient service. I chose to get it delivered to our hotel, so when I landed and checked in they had it ready to give to me. The pocket WiFi was easy to set up, and although it comes with a portable charging pack I didn’t need to use it. The charge lasted all day to night for me when I used it daily. The drop off process is simple too. It came with a prepaid envelope to drop off in a postal mailbox. The instructions and directions were very clear on where to drop it off with mapping. 10/10 I’d use this service again and recommend it to anyone.

I often had difficulty turning on the device but once it was turned on, everything went well. Every time I charge the device it would turn off by itself and have difficulty turning it on again. On the previous device I used, I had no difficulty at all and worked perfectly well which is why this is the second time that I rented. If ever I rent again, hopefully it will be perfect like the first time.

We have used your services twice now. Extremely happy with your services. Device is easy to use. We just had a hard time at Kansai Airport finding your pick up location. We had to ask several people before finding it. Your picture that you sent us was very vague.

We rented a pocket Wi-Fi for 15 days in our trip to Tokyo and the service was excellent we had 3 devices hookup and it never slow down or connection problem I will be visiting japan again and I will be renting from japan wireless again thank you so much for making my experience even better .

Collected the set at the airport and dropped it back, so I had access to wifi for the whole journey. Very convenient.

I found the whole process of ordering, collecting, using everyday for two weeks, and then returning the equipment to be straightforward, and without any problems. My partner and I used the WiFi device everyday both in Tokyo and Kyoto, and on several days touring the Japanese Alps by car. There was never any problem with either coverage or speed, and the charge on the device lasted all day, with perhaps a need for a boost some evenings before charging overnight. Given the importance of a data connection for navigation and language translation, it was an essential thing to have.
