Pick up and return procedures are easy and convenient. Wifi connection very stable when we used it to search for directions in Hokkaido and Tokyo. Good for family use, able to connect multiple devices. Think it’s my 3rd time renting pocket wifi from Japan wireless. Will rent again when we travel to Japan.
Very efficient delivery to my hotel and then return by post.

Reliable pocket wi-fi to bring around when you're in Japan. I went around Tokyo, Kamakura and Kawagoe areas and internet never went off.
There are a few options to get connected in Japan, I decided to pick Japan wireless' pocket wifi, due to a review on YouTube.
I ordered the pocket WiFi online in the UK and got it delivered to my hotel when I arrived in Japan.
The pocket wifi is a small unit and comes with a power bank if needed, which I didnt.
I had excellent coverage on my trip to various part of the country.
It did drop connection now and again but it seemed to reset itself in a few moments.
I never ran out of data, I used it everyday for Google translate/maps and to update my family on whatsapp.
When my trip had finished I posted the unit in its own prepaid envelope at the train station leaving for Narita airport.
Overall excellent service at a great price.
We had another esim from another company however Japan wireless worked flawlessly better than the other provider. Japan wireless will be go to company for internet next time in Japn
Everything went great
The bandwidth is perfect for group travelers and signal was very reliable even though we traveled to various places in the Kansai Region and to Nagoya. Very convenient as we picked the gadget at Kansai Airport in Osaka, then dropped it in a postal box in Chubu Airport in Nagoya.
Only dropped signal once while hiking a mountain, internet speed was good throughout the duration of my trip.
It was pretty easy to collect my Wifi Box. And it worked perfectly at all times. Couldn't possibly complain.
E Sim card worked everywhere in Japan. Fast and reliable. Perfect solution.
