Everything went well. Convenient location for picking up and returning the device at the airport. Fast internet connection, trouble-free operation in all locations.

Easy to pick up, easy to return. Just remember to pick the correct terminal you are arriving at for fast pickup. Would buy and use again.

This is my second time using Japan Wireless and I love their service so much! It is such a convenience that they can sent to your hotel. And returning the devices are easily done since they provide a return envelope that you can put into the mailbox in the airport before you leave!
I also had to extend an extra day because of a flight cancellation, and the process was very easy and the representative was kind as well.
The WiFi service always worked well for me, for browsing the internet and using social media.
I will continue to use Japan Wireless for my Japan travels in the future!

E sim works efficiently

Pocket WiFi worked efficiently all over Japan for three months. It was delivered straight to my hotel, and it was easy to return. I recommend it.

Excellent service. Pocket WiFi provided very good connectivity to the internet. Battery life was very good. Pickup at the kiosk was smooth and return was easy with the provided mailing envelope. Will use again without hesitation.
