Avis

Everything was as advertised Smooth operation Very professional

The equipment was easy to collect and had capacity for all the devices of 5 persons and it was easy to connect the devices, the battery lasted for the time we were outside.

Return the device was convenient since you can leave in the post in the airport and you have the envelope included to just put all the equipment inside it.

I would use their service again in a future travel no doubt

The reservation, pickup and return process were very easy. The device worked great and had great battery life. Would recommend!

Nice to have japan wireless

Japan wireless was perfect hire! Always had wifi every where we were and it never skipped a beat even with all four of us connected at the same time

Very easy service. It worked perfectly during our stay in Japan.

Excellent service and will have no hesitation from using you again and will highly recommend you to my brother who is visiting Japan soon.

Beyond happy with the service received. Will definitely be a returning customer when I return to Japan

I downloaded eSIMS for my family’s trip to Japan and the coverage was great! No issues.
