Avis

Very convenient as the device was delivered to the hotel ahead and return it thru Post Mail. The wifi is very reliable anywhere in Japan.

Service is prompt. Products are reliable and good.

worked as expected. fast and affordable. easy to pick up and return

Everything went smoothly from web order and online payment to pick up at the Narita airport and SIM card installation according to detailed attached instructions. Signal was great, at least in Tokyo, Osaka and Kyoto region. Definitely for every recommendation, especially considering the great price and unlimited data.

Perfect service. We had connection everywhere and always

Easy to order, even last minutes, and have a pocket wifi delivered to a hotel outside Tokyo within 24 hours

Easy to use. Easy return !

It was great experience. We picked up the pocket wifi at Narita airport. Then for return, we placed the device in the provided envelope and dropped it off at the postal box at the airport. It was simple and easy. We had no issues with the service except one time for 1.5 hours it was down.

Easy pick up from airport and easy returns at airport. The devices are easy to operate and great signal when not in crowded areas. This is the third time I have used Japan wireless when in Japan. And will continue to use them in future trips to Japan.

It's our fourth time using Japan Wireless, and so far it has been really smooth! There was just one instance where we had no signal when we were in the airport, but I'm so amazed that their customer service replied so fast and are really accommodating. Thank you so much!
