Whenn we got a problem, the pocket wifi has been changed quickly

Best wifi . no problems . Always fast and ready. Best decision ever to use this . Easy pick up and easy drop off .

Very easy to use, always worked never cut out, was fast never had issue with speed. Came with portable power bank so lasted all day as long as you remember to charge at night. Pick up was easy at the terminal and returning was easy as there is a post box at the airport. 100% recommend.

Easy pickup at Haneda. Simple to use. Put the wireless in my cross body bag took and it every where. Full coverage Tokyo, Nikko, Sapporo, Otaru.

Easy rental, easy drop off. There was a location in arrivals and one in departures.

I highly recommend using this product versus trying to rely on your own Internet and phone provider. We left our phones on airplane mode the entire time that we were in Japan and were able to get around easily using the Wi-Fi service. There was one day that we were struggling but a quick reset of the Wi-Fi box made it easier to continue our day.

The wifi is a bit slow; it is more costly than eSIM; but still is worth it as a second backup when travelling in a foreign country.

Excellent product. Stable and fast data connection at a very good price. The option of having the SIM cards shipped to a designated location in Japan was perfect. Therefore, in my opinion, this product is highly recommended.
