Avis

Convenient collection and excellent connectivity. Highly recommend!

Easy setup coverage was very good

Communication before arriving, during, and after with Japan wireless was solid. I used the WiFi pack just in Tokyo and it worked fine. The only time I lost coverage when I was 2 floors down in a restaurant.

I’d recommend this option

I found this really helpful. I was travelling in rural locations and always had signal. With the spare battery attached, I had enough charge all day. I would recommend this product!

Very fast and TRULY UNLIMITED wifi! Smooth transaction. Thank you!

excelent service
easy to use
very reliable
very easy return

We rented a Wifi from this company for two weeks. It is very reliable. With the Wifi, we can easily go to anywhere in Japan with good communication and information. The cost is reasonable. It was easy to find the office to pick up the device and very easy to return it by putting it in a post box with a provided envelope. I highly recommend this company for renting a Wifi.

Easy pickup at Haneda, convenient use.

A must have while traveling in Japan. We were able to translate everything, which made it easy to shop and order food. I will definitely be using pocket wi-fi during my travels.

Works well, use them every year.
Customer service is good at resolving problems.
