I use Japan Wireless every time I visit Japan, at least twice a year. It's easy, effective and never disappointing. In the old days I used a paper map and got lost a lot. Now if I get lost it's not because of Japan Wifi and the online maps I can access. It's because i should carry a compass. Highly recommend this service.

Easy pickup and drop off. Provide reliable service throughout my stay. Will use their service again.

We've used Japan Wireless for both of our trips to Japan. Their customer service is top tier. The device was waiting for us at the hotel and any time we had questions they were quick to respond. They provided detailed and clear instructions which was very helpful. Will use them again in the future.

I bought the service for 3 weeks and it was perfect. The coverage was excellent, very good speed and never ran out of signal. 10/10 I would recommend

I was in Japan for 3 weeks and never had any connectivity issues. I can really recommend Japan Wireless.
