Great instructions, easy to use, worked great!
Amazing and works perfectly
I only ever use this company and they have not disappointed me. I even asked for a newer wifi device as the older ones can lose power faster. I received a device that looked brand new and held power a lot longer. Every time I visit Japan, which has been once a year. I will order with this company.
Simple Timo configure, good connection,...Simply perfect...
Great service and great customer service!
Amazing service. Great communication.
The process to set up the WiFi was so simple and Japan Wireless was a great company to use! I would recommend this company to anyone traveling to Japan!
Great service worked well
Great service & very easy to use. Did not have a single issue for the entire 7 day hotspot rental.
This service was a lifesaver during my work trip to Japan. Picking up and returning the hotspot at the airport was seamless and hassle-free. We booked it online about a week before our arrival at Narita Airport.
