No hidden fees that I've encountered; I pay about 40 a month. Wifi works great, doesn't loose out on speed after a while and the battery life is good. The cable that came with the pocket wifi was bad and didn't charge it properly but I just bought a new one for about 400 Yen and it was fine.

I had bought the unlimited 4g package. It mostly worked normally and was very fast. One day when I used up a lot of data though, at the end of the day my speed was cut down so low that it needed a couple of minutes to give me google maps directions. But otherwise very good quality and no issues. Fair price as well.

We had no trouble with the connection the entire time we were there. We used it for streaming videos on YouTube and Instagram every day and it worked perfectly fine. The speed never lowered.

The pick up and return process went smoothly. Never had any problem with the wifi. The battery lasted all day. Everything went well, will definitely rent from here again when we visit Japan!

Japan wireless is my forever go to eversince. Easy to collect in your preferred pickup point, so easy to return without any sweat. Connection are very stable anywhere in Japan.

The pocket WiFi was just perfect for my Japan visit. It never let me down! It was ready for pick-up at the airport and I could post it back from there very easily too. I would highly recommend this device from Japan Wireless.

if we can return the device to the counter in the airport, that will be better.
