So convenient!! This made out time in japan so mich more enjoyable
Super service. Pick up and return at haneda airport super easy and even in central and north Hokkaido area with few exceptions full operative
Had no issues with the connection. Very reliable.
Only issue is some low power chargers didn't charge the device
Excellent coverage, fast, and easy to install
Very easy to research and compare pricing and value. I decided to purchase two SIMs before leaving Australia for Japan, and I made an error in ordering the number of days I needed. I sent the team an email as soon as I spotted my mistake, and a full refund was approved before I had a chance to purchase the correct product. Brilliant response time and communication. The product itself was delivered to the airport hotel on my request; the hotel staff provided me the SIM package on check-in. The instructions provided with the sims made the process simple, and we were both connected in 10 minutes. We travelled to Hokkaido as well as the north of Honshu, and we had service the whole time, no problems, no lag. It made all of our translating experiences much easier by being connected, and tickets to tourist trips and trains could be accessed anytime.
We will use this product again through Japan Wireless.
Great service. Works exactly how you need. I got it working with some minor help from the tech team. Was extremely satisfied for my trip to Japan. Will absolutely use again in the future.
Easy when picking up the router and easy to drop it off. Liked the router and its ease of use.
Easy to pick-up at the airport, Wi-Fi worked great with all the accessories and drop off was very convenient
We always use Japan Wireless when travelling in Japan. It is super easy to collect, use and return. Never any issues with connectivity and the service is always clear, easy to understand and friendly.
