I've been using japan-wireless ever since 2014. They have never failed me once. Amazing service as always!

I have been happy with the service with Japanese Wireless pocket wifi. The one time I was not getting wifi service, after emailing them about the issue, they got back to me right away! I will always use them!

Japan Wireless delivered their WiFi device to our hotel and their service worked flawlessly for the 2 1/2 weeks we were in Japan. Highly recommend them.

Every time I am in Japan and have business to conduct, I can always rely on Japan Wireless hotspots to provide for my connectivity needs. And it is a reasonable price.

Happy with the set up, so we used Japan- Wireless again. This is a great way to get around Japan while staying connected to language, map and travel apps. Go for the unlimited option and you won’t need Hotel Wi-Fi. Would definitely recommend.

My flight was delayed and the pick up counter had closed by the time I got there. I called Japan Wireless from the airport and they mailed the router the next day!

Other companies reduce the connection speed after some set amount but Japan Wireless offers unlimited GB without limiting the speed at an affordable rate.

I highly recommend it.

I rented a premium pocket WIFI for 2 weeks. It was very fast and I used all day long and when I came back to the hotel at night, the battery remained more than half which was super helpful!
