4th time Japan, 3rd time getting our wifi here. Definitely would not be the last. Easy and quick to get from airport JAL counter, easy to return at post box too. Signal is reliable and we never had a complain on speed.

Worked great,easy to set up and use

Our mobile WiFe unit was waiting for us at our first hotel, and even include a return envelope back with instructions! It was easy to use, recharge after daily use, and very compact and portable. The only issue was MY BAD, because I forgot to drop the return envelope in the mailbox before going back home to Hawaii! It was quickly resolved, however, as the FedEx office was nearby and accepted the package. Thank you very much!

I had no issues with my pocket wifi even while traveling to the Tohoku coast as well as the Japan Sea coast.
I contacted the company when I realized the cord for the charger wasn’t working and they sent me a new one right away. Finally, when I failed to put the pocket wifi in a mailbox before security at Narita I had to mail it back to Japan from the U.S. ( very expensive) but was so grateful that I was not charged a late fee on top of that.

Recommend anyone to use

Pickup took one minute. Return to postbox 1 second. The device works whole day walking around without charging. Perfect. Thank you.

Due to a change in our arrival flight and thus our itinerary, we were unable to pick up our wireless materials at Narita Airport. The customer service was flawless and not only helped us find a last minute alternative in Hiroshima, but also refunded us our original charge minus a tiny processing fee. We will be using this service whenever we visit Japan for sure!!
