It was very good !!!

We visited Japan a few weeks ago and after looking at reviews decided to get two wireless Wi-Fi boxes. With two teenagers this turned out to be a great decision!
We picked up the boxes at the airport when we landed, they came in a pouch with a power bank which was small enough to fit in a handbag. We then returned them to the post box in the airport before checking in to go home. It was such a simple process and setting them up took my son less than 2 minutes!
The signal was great throughout the holiday, even getting some signal on the subway. You can have lots of devices on one Wi-Fi box, we decided to get two so that we could split up and still have Wi-Fi to contact each other. We also found this option good value for money as a family of 4.

Le pocket wifi fonctionne parfaitement. Il est d'une grande simplicité d'utilisation. La livraison à l'hotel n'a posé aucun problème. Aucune difficulté pour le retour non plus, Japan wireless fournissant une enveloppe retour et envoyant même par mail, un jour avant le retour, le plan des aéroports avec des photos pour localiser les boites aux lettres... Parfait du début à la fin.

The pocket WiFi worked great for our vacation needs. Not one issue was delivered to us in a timely manner as well. Clear concise instructions on operating from start up to haw to send back

It was easy to use, despite the last minute booking. As always, the instruction manuals are pulled up when it is not working (never happened, only a week later out of interest).
Our own mistake was not to unpack the device straight at the airport, it literally takes 5min. Click your way through until you find the QR code on the display. The additional battery pack became quite handy too.
We stayed connected with 6 devices, even in the hotels we were able to stream our 'subscriptions' (with our VPN) on some rainy days or when we felt like a late break from roaming around the streets of Tokyo and Kyoto.
Lastly, super convenient to return.
We hopped on only for two days on to an eSim product for one of our mobile phones (you need an internet access to activate it).

Die Bedienung war einfach, trotz der last-minute-Buchung. Wie immer ruft man die Bedienungsanleitungen auf, wenn etwas nicht funktioniert (ist aber nicht vorgekommen, nur etwas später aus Interesse).
Unser Fehler war, das Gerät nicht gleich am Flughafen auszupacken. Es dauerte buchstäblich 5 Minuten. Man klickte sich durch, bis man den QR-Code auf dem Display sieht. Der zusätzliche Akku war auch sehr praktisch.
Wir blieben mit sechs Geräten verbunden, sogar in den Hotels konnten wir unsere „Abonnements“ streamen (man braucht einen VPN Anschluss); selbstverstaendlich nur an verregneten Tagen oder wenn wir eine kurze Pause vom Herumstrolchen durch Tokio und Kyoto brauchten.
Und schließlich war der Versand, aka Rueckgabe superpraktisch.
Wir sind nur für zwei Tage zusatzlich auf ein eSim-Produkt für ein Handy umgestiegen (zur Aktivierung ist ein Internetzugang erforderlich!).

Reliable equipment, and I am satisfied overall, but the pocket wifi usually needed recharging during the afternoon. I would definitely consider using this supplier again. Very good customer communication.

Everything worked perfectly. The information is clear and objective, the equipment is excellent, the return process is very simple.
