As expected in Japan…. The use of this service was spot on. Delivered to my hotel in time for my arrival. Really clear instructions and everything worked. I didn’t realise (my fault) that you had to recharge it like you would with a phone. There’s also a spare charge unit to keep you going for a few days. Would recommend.

Recommend for anyone traveling. Easy process from pick up to return. Connection very stable.

Easy to use and to sending back.
Thank you so much to make the Japan journey so unforgettably ❤️

Es un servicio super bueno nunca nos fallo la red. Super recomendado.

3rd time renter. A must for travelers. Easy to set up and reliable connection

The wireless router I used was excellent. It was easy to set up and it lasted most of the day. My wife and I used it for browsing the internet and I used it often for Google Maps to help us get around and survive the train stations! I only needed the back up battery in the early evening to keep the router going. The speed was good and the coverage was excellent. I would use it again on my next visit to Japan!

Had no issues on my six day trip to Tokyo

Excellent service!!!
