We had a small problem and it was resolved quickly and professionally! Device worked well throughout rural and urban locations.

My unit was available at my hotel when I checked in and when it turned out it had a faulty charger cable they took care of the problem within 2 days. Luckily I had another cable i had for personal use that got me by but they told me I could buy a replacement and they would reimburse me. They sent me a completely newer model and I never had any problem with it.

I was so happy with this service I NEVER had on problem in 6 weeks of using this device. Often I even used it in my apartment as the WiFi there was not always strong.
If you are picking it up at the Minato location Its the building on the corner of!! Have fun and use Japan Wireless!!!

Very pleased with the service from Japan-wireless. The wi-fi package was waiting for us at our hotel on arrival and worked faultlessly throughout our holiday. Returning the package was easy.
Would highly recommend Japan-wireless and will definitely use again if we return to Japan.

Excellent service, recomended!

Very good WiFi provider

The devices were delivered promptly at the hotel, so we could start using them right away. It was a very good solution for our two weeks trip around Japan.

I found this eSIM to be convenient and useful throughout my trip in Japan. I highly recommend using it.

Fast and reliable, customer services are fine.
After also used other companies, finally most satisfied with japan-wireless.

I am so glad I ordered this for our trip to Japan. We had multiple devices using it and it worked great! Since we had unlimited data, we never bothered connecting to the various hotel internet as this was fast and easy.
