Pickup and drop-off were both very simple and easy; pickup location is in a convenient place in the airport terminal, and when you're finished with your trip, you only need to put the items in a provided envelope and drop-off at any post box, no need to go inside or talk with anyone. Very simple~ I will use them again.

Great delivery and drop off process. However, this time around the WiFi seemed to be spotty. Other than that I will use Japan Wireless in the Future. It makes my trips to Japan nice and easy!

Japan Wireless wifi connection was a key ingredient for the success of my 1-month visit to the Japan last month. It served me and my family welll across the whole country, working flawlessly on the road, at hotels, and either outside and within main urban areas.

Everything went well. I got my Sim card directly at the counter on Narita Airport. The manual was helpful and everything worked perfectly.
