The device was sent to my hotel really fast. Thanks to the service, I had internet for my whole trip. Also the return process was simple and smooth. I just dropped the labeled envelop at a post office. Overall it was a very pleasant experience. I would highly recommend using this service.

Japan Wireless pocket WiFi was SO useful and easy to use. Speeds were great throughout Osaka, Kyoto & Tokyo. The dead zones were only in remote Kyoto areas in the mountain/river area. No complaints. My kids enjoyed being connected when needed. Battery life was good and just throwing it in my bag was the best. Not a hassle, but I did carry it in my pocket at night when I didn’t need a book bag. I didn’t carry a wallet. Apple wallet for that, so my pockets were not bulky or heavy. Highly recommend.
