The whole hiring process was excellent, the communication and instructiom. I was specially happy of the delivery confirmation when I sent back the device end of the hiring period. The wifi works excellent all the time.

First; the customer service was great. Contacted them multiple times for questions and concerns and they replied back in a timely and professional matter. Delivery to my place was a concern because the mailbox was too small to fit the package in. They were able to set up the package delivery to me directly. The return for the Wi-Fi package was very easy as well. Will use them when I visit Japan again. Thank you Japan Wireless!

We went to Japan and completely forgot about data, but luckily Japan wireless came in clutch it was easy too get and return with a long battery life what could you ask for more

We had decent coverage with T-Mobile but it was slow. Having the additional coverage made it easier for us to navigate our way around Tokyo. Comforting knowing we had the pocket wifi.

This was perfect for our travels in Japan. We rented two of them as we had a family of 10. This way we could split up and still have Wi-Fi. The company made it so easy. They delivered them to our hotel and gave us shipping packages to mail them back. There were a few times that the speed was slow but still very handy to have.

Purchasing the rental, picking up and dropping off were simple. Easy communication. The device worked excellent!

Very convenient pick up and drop off process for the pocket wifi. The pocket wifi’s connection was also very reliable and we encountered no problems.

Money was very well spent for the unit.

I am so glad that I got this portable wifi. Traveling outside of Japan right now I deeply miss it. It was so convenient being able to access the internet anywhere I went. I was never lost because I always had my gps if I needed it. Being able to quickly post videos as I went about my day was also such a convenience. When I come back to Japan I will definitely use it again and I have been recommending it to everyone!

Having this on our trip gave us peace of mind, convenience, and endless Wi-Fi. Highly recommend getting one even if you have an international plan with your current provider.
