Quick and easy, Fabulous service, delivered to hotel. Constant service during stay, highly recommended to those travelling to Japan

This is our second time using Japan Wireless for a visit to Japan. It is so easy to book online and pick up at the airport. That way we have internet access before we even leave the airport which is incredibly useful. The price is so reasonable as well. I will absolutely use them again for our next trip.

I used this every few months when I stay in Tokyo, Japan for about 1.5 months. I use it constantly with my iPhone and computer in my apartment and during travel (trains mostly) and had no problems!

The connection is fast and everywhere connected. The first pocket WiFi was down and didn’t connect the network. They send another apparate in few hours at my hotel. Very good assistance.

This pocket WiFi was very easy to use. It worked perfectly even in okinawa and it lasted all day. It was very useful for my trip, I will definitively use it again if I come back to Japan.
The delivery was easy : I picked it at my hotel. And it was also easy to send back with the envolope given in the package.

I already used this service in 2019 and now again in 2024. Perfect delivery, great internet non stop all over Japan, great use for my translator. The return of the devices in the envelop in the airport was very fast, I was still on my way back to Italy when they received the devices back. Easy to use, no new settings on the telephone, only a password and you are connected at the best internet speed and service. I will use again next time in Japan, for sure. Great, great service
