Avis

The item was there when I arrived at the hotel.
It works very well, easy to use (and to return!).
A bit big but still manageable, it fits in a pocket anyway.

Great product and service. Would defo recommend

Easy, and great battery

Everything about this was fantastic. The website was clear and easy to book. Pick up and drop off was no problem. I connected 2 devices to the WiFi and had no issues at all. We do scroll social media and had no issues with speed. I charged it every time we were in the hotel, and we never ran out of battery (and we didn't need the power bank, but was good to have). Portable WiFi made navigating Japan so easy, I wonder why its not a 'thing' in other parts of the world x

Very pleasant experience. It is very easy to receive it at the airport, set up, use, and return

The wifi service was great. This service gave me the ability to stay in touch with my family through imessage, fb messenger, and instagram.

Delivered on time. Worked perfectly.

Easy to use and travel with, easy to order and return.

Picking up the unit was easy, dropping it off was easy, and other than a faulty charging cable the product was excellent. Couldn't have visited Japan without it.

Third time ordering from Japan wireless. Excellent service!
