The best wifi pocket! great battery and wifi everywhere. I took it in my bag always.

This is our second time using Japan Wireless. It works great and easy to bring along on our daily sightseeing adventures.

Perfect service with very clear explanation on how to use the device.

I've used the Premium Pocket WiFi from Japan Wireless the last 3-4 times I've been to Japan, both alone and with friends and it's worked virtually flawlessly, and if there ever was a problem their customer support have helped me within minutes. Just outstanding!

You get the Pocket WiFi, a battery pack, charging cables/socket, and a return package envelope. The battery is a nice addition that might just save the day when you're out and about for a long time. Very convenient.

The pickup/dropoff procedure couldn't be easier. Just put in your flight or arrival time and pickup the package at the airport, which is usually very easy to find, and before you head home just put everything in the return package and put it in a mailbox - it's all laid out in the easy-to-follow instructions on the envelope.

The WiFi speed and coverage is pretty good. I'm a bit of an adventurer and there are certainly places up in the mountains or in caves where the coverage is spotty, but I doubt anyone or anything has coverage there. All in all I couldn't be happier.

Used it for a week for two people. Never ran out of internet! The connection was always fast. Great value for the money!

Easy to use
High quality

Verry usefull And we had any connection problem during all ouf journey

Easy to use, seamless

Japan Wireless is by far the best pocket wifi I have used. They provide a power bank for mobile charging, but I never had to use it because the battery on the pocket wifi lasted all day. It was very easy to use and to see how much battery was left. I never had any service connection issues, no matter where I was.

No hassle getting on the internet with so called Free WiFi spots that throw you out after a while. Just take this along !
