Easy to order and pick up. We had it delivered to our hotel. Extremely helpful while traveling across Japan for navigation and finding restaurants, shops, and attractions. I would definitely rent it again. Easy to drop off at the airport postal box too.

The service was never bogged down and I used it constantly up to eight hours a day of navigating. At the end of a 6 to 8 hour day being out the percentage of battery life was only at 60%. So the battery life was great and they also provided the free battery charger in case of emergencies. Every time I visit Japan this will be the company I use from here on out.

Simple d'utilisation

The wifi was delivered nearly on time. Same day a bit later than requested.
Team reacted very quickly and appropriately to a delivery issue.
They also refunded me the cost of a cable that was bought by me to cover the delivery issue.
Overall instructions were highly appropriate.
Would recommend this to others too!

Used this portable wifi unit from Japan Wireless for 14 days & experienced no problems. Very reliable & good signal throughout Japan. Would rent again.

Easy to use and pick

I'm very satisfied with the WiFi. I use it with no problems, and for me it was a best choice. No problems for ordering and I find take location very easy on Kansai airport. どもありがとございます

The device, which fits in a pocket, was recommended to us by a friend and fully met expectations. Very useful for a holiday with a small group (family). Easy to pick up, connect and drop off at the airport. Charged overnight, it provided worry-free internet access all day.
