Avis

Our phones are too old for an E-sim so we went for pocket Wi-Fi instead. The price was an absolute bargain, and it was waiting for us in our hotel when we arrived in Japan. Phones connected easily and that was it, battery lasted all day, rarely had to charge during the day unless we were in poor signal areas (also rare, we went to some rural areas in Shikoku where we occasionally lost signal, but otherwise signal was spot on). Drop off at the airport is super easy, there's a post box right by the check in desks for international departures and it got back to Japan Wireless the next day! Loads of information from Japan Wireless about posting back, packaging etc, when we come back to Japan we would absolutely use again!

Great traveller option

Fonctionnement parfait, retrait et retour facile !

Internet service is very reliable. It include a back up battery pack and a lead in case you will be out all day. Will definitely order agai when we come back for a visit.

Everything was perfect!
Thank you

Where ever we were it worked perfect

Easy to use, excellent service. At our hotel when we arrived, easy to post back. Would recommend.

It was easy to use and return. Always had coverage and a must for foreigners when visiting Japan. It made life so much easier.

Great service. Essential for travel

Great service! Very easy to pickup at Narita airport, setup, and return. Premium Wifi performed flawlessly and we had three phones connected to it.
