Workds perfectly, compact, speed is great, helped me as a traveler no end? Thank you Japan wireless

We used it for a week, never gave us issues even in low signal environments such as subway stations. Very good, very reliable.

Excellent Wi-Fi coverage!!! We went from Tokyo to Kyoto and Osaka for several days and the internet and customer service was above and beyond! Highly recommended!

Excellent speed and coverage in all areas of Japan, even on the Shinkansen! Pickup and drop off was very easy!!

It was sent to the hotel even before we arrived. No issue with wifi/speed the entire trip in Japan. Reception is excellent.

Thank you for your service. When I arrived at the airport, getting the device was fast and smooth. When using the device, we had excellent signal connection, which had been very useful traveling around Japan. I will definitely rent another when coming back to Japan.

Reliable, also holds a good charge

Definitely recommend the wifi works great. Only issue is you might need to get a backup eSIM Incase your not in the wifi range other than that would definitely get. They will work with you if there are any issues as well. Great customer support.

It helped us to have made our trip much easier to navigate and more fun to be able to explore Japan.

Very good reliable wifi, will recommend to future travelers
