Simply, good signal everywhere and long lasting battery...amazing service!! Thank you so much, see you next time in Japan!!

I have nothing to say except that it was perfect!

Worked well for entire trip.

Easy to set up, good battery duration and worked perfectly. Easy solution for phone internet when visiting Japan.

I wanted to have internet on my family's personal devices while in Japan and did not really need to make phone calls. With those requirements in mind the Premium Wifi device was PERFECT! Pickup at Haneda was painless, initial setup and daily use was issue free, and drop off in a post box on departure at Haneda was easy. For my needs this couldn't be beat.

Had great experience without any issues

Excellent; successfully used all around Japan.

Wifi worked perfectly, comes with a power bank included. Never had any connection issues, will definitely rent again for my next trip

This is a must have when traveling to Japan.Very reliable & will definitely use again and would recommend to anyone traveling to Japan.

Very Easy to retrieve the shop in aereoport.
Good connection for all the time.
Battery of the pocket powerfull, 100% at early morning, 20% at late night.
