Always can count on Japan Wireless. I think this is fifth time we have used it.

I'm glad we booked it this advance and didn't have to worry about internet while in Japan. The collection and return was smooth and internet connection was fine for the whole 2 weeks as we travelled around Japan. Only drawback was that we have to remember to charge the pocket wifi in the evening as the battery would run out around when I need it most in the evening to get back to hotel. We just needed a reminder. Overall, we were very satisfied with our pocket wifi.

Great modem/wifi that worked everywhere I met. Only issue was the modem would get flat very quickly -however they did also offer a charging pack which helped greatly.

The Premium Wifi was working very well and very simple to use.

We used this in 12 day trip to Japan , device was easy to use , very reliable and gave us fast internet in both rural and city locations, device is light and easy to carry around. Can’t fault it - great value. Makes more sense for a family or group than multiple e-Sims
