Avis

Prix très intéressant ; matériel et organisation au top

Very convenient and the process was relatively straight reward and painless. Everything was documented in their email and should not have issues as long as you follow it. Would use again.

Easy carrying to travel & Excellent network

This is a brilliant service I would recommend it if your visiting japan

Fast connection everywhere I went

We ordered 2 unlimited 5G eSims before leaving the UK, and had a great and flawless experience using them in Japan: recommended and would use again!

4 stars because I don’t really like the 501hw devices but they’re alright I guess. I’m glad the short term ones were a different device now as those are much better. The price is pretty alright and maybe a little cheaper compared to other pocket WiFi’s and there’s plenty of coupon codes from other creators and MATCHA website too. The best part is customer service and always quick to respond and very helpful. Their customer service team is above and beyond.

This was as advertised as the process to pickup and returning was as easy and convenient, the data was truly unlimited even with 4 of us attached to it. Never experienced any issue with it except for the device getting hot but that was to be expected. It was also nice that this came with a portable charger for the hotspot.

Very good service with quick internet

Japan Wireless has been our staple since 2015
