When I checked into my hotel my package was already there .... instructions was easy to operate and use.... wifi signal was good

When checking out hotel... placed everything in prepaid postal envelope and dropped off at nearest mailbox

The product was there, waiting for us in the hotel. Easy to use, covered the 2 of us everywhere in Japan, better than any wifi hotel, even in remote places. To give it back, put everything in an envelope provided by Japan Wireless and posted it in a mail box outside my hotel before heading to the airport.
