Will definitely sign up for this again when I'm in Japan next time. Service was great, really easy to organise, collect and return. Made it really easy to stay connected wherever we went.

Superb service!

I picked up my sim card at the airport, as planned. Put it in the phone, set up the APN. And there it was, fully operationnal for my trip in Japan.

All good, nothing to complain about.

I've used Japan Wireless a few times now, and they always deliver on time. The pocket wi-fi works great, and I rarely have to use the spare battery, but it's good to have it anyway. Really easy to use, and I just pop it in the post box at the airport when I'm coming home.
On the most recent trip, I travelled all around the Chubu region, and even in remote areas, the coverage was really good.
