Easy pick up from airport and return. The product was priced well and I never had a single issue over the entire trip. 100% service.

Highly recommend.

It was easy to pickup at a post office and return into postal box before leaving Japan.

Coverage is great, he had stabile network connection in rural areas and on long train rides as well.

Easy to order, easy to pick up( Hotel delivery),easy to give back( postal box). I wish I could find the same service in any capital !

Easy, amazing and simple.

A must have for your Japan holidays. Fast and easy to use. Perfect

Great service, easy to set up (and reset if needed) and easy to return. Excellent value for a very handy device. 5*s

Great service, worked very well. Delivered to my hotel with no problems. Strong connection and good speeds even in the wilds of Hokkaido.
Highly recommended.

I had an almost 3 weeks stay in Japan, and my full internet was provided by JW. However the first device they leased me went broke, they were flexible, and they supported a new device almost instantly. So, I'm fully recommend, to use this service, if you need internet in Japan.

Excellent internet speed. hassle-free service getting the router.
Problems with the return was also not. Sealed in the attached envelope and dropped into the nearest mailbox on the way to the airport. Device's battery easily lasts all day if you always charge it to full at night. Price/value relativity is superb. Recomend for everybody. I will use it again, wherever available.

Smooth to pick up and easy to use. The internet was fast and worked everywhere. I recomend this servcie!
