High quality connection, easy to use and a really good customer care.
The best wifi experience in japan
Easy ordering process, timely delivery to the hotel in Japan, and no hassle what so ever during the trip.
I was very happy with this easy and convenient solution to be online everytime and everywhere. No problems picking up and returing the device at the airport. The connection was always good, also in train.
I really recommend this service due to its reliability, easiness of use and fast delivery time. Would use anytime.

Excellent
excellent service and connection
This is my second trip to Japan in one year and I opted to get my pocket wifi with these guys. I got an external charger with this rental (my previous rental didnt) and that was a pleasant surprise. Plus shipping return was very straight forward and simple (even in panic when I was legit borderline about to miss my flight). Dont know what they could do to enhance the experience besides offer sushi with the rental. 10/10, would definitely rent again
Non mi ha mai abbandonato neanche una volta! Abbiamo fatto un viaggio magnifico.
Great
