This is the best ever. I had wi-if everywhere I went (kyoto, Tokyo, and Osaka) including in the underground subways of Tokyo. It’s affordable and well worth the money. My trip would have been completely different if it were not for Japan Wireless

I work online and need good internet on a daily basis. I was traveling Asia, and most locations have good wifi at coffee shops... However, when I arrived in Japan I learned that good internet was hard to come by.

I placed my order with Japan Wireless the day I arrived in Tokyo, and they were able to deliver it the next night! The communication was very fast and efficient, and they made it very clear for how to pick up and return the device.

Best of all, the internet was very fast and had great connectivity throughout Japan (it even worked on the bullet train).

I will most definitely use Japan wireless again when I come back to Japan!

The pocket wi-fi service from Japan Wireless is great! The device can be delivered to your hotel so you can pick it up upon arrival. It comes with clear instructions and return is so convenient ... just drop it in the mailbox at the airport!

We had zero coverage issues, and the backup battery meant we had wifi all day as long as we recharged every night. This service was easy to use, and indispensable during our travels around Japan. Highly, highly recommended!

Incredibly useful as roaming from the UK to Japan is so expensive.

I ordered from the UK and the box was there waiting at our first hotel in Tokyo. Worked without a hitch everywhere with great speeds, they even thought to include a portable battery to charge it if you don't have your own. Finally when we were leaving Japan just posted back in a postbox (with the supplied envelope) at the airport, just bear in mind you need to do that before you get air-side.
