The rental service was excellent and so easy and convenient with pick up right st the post office at the airport and then a return by dropping off to a mail slot.

I’ve used Japan wireless service several times and am very satisfied with the ordering process, delivery of device and WiFi connection.

Stable connection through out Japan, even better than our hotel connection. Power bank was helpful in keeping us connected the whole day. If fully-charged, it can run for 6+ hrs.

Also easy pick-up and drop off arrangement in the airport.

Almost perfect

We got a wireless hotspot while a group of 4 of us travelled around Japan. It was a easy process for anyone flying in-out through Narita and the device worked really well and managed our 4 connections. We rarely needed to use the spare battery and it was nice to have it included. Highly recommend this option for those trying to minimize international roaming costs.

The perfect solution for internet while traveling in Japan! This tiny pocket wifi supported 2 phones and my laptop while visiting Japan. We never had spots of bad service while out and about during the day and could even stream movies on Netflix without any buffering issues in our Airbnb. Would highly recommend to anyone visiting Japan.
