Amazing WiFi support everywhere in Tokyo, easy-to-use rental and return procedures.
I was getting so nervous about my trip to Tokyo and how we would manage in a foreign country. I saw a link to Japan Wireless on a travel blog and I’m so glad I did! It worked GREAT everywhere we went, and totally fair for the price! Will 100% use these folks again every time we visit from now on.
Our pocket WiFi arrived at our hotel before our check-in. We had excellent service and speed and we were able to stay in touch with family while we were in Japan.
Great signal and good bandwidth
Loved the spare battery so my internet lasted all day. I used it primarily for directions but also to look up places to go next or history, also a bit of Pokémon Go :) I would use Japan Wireless when I go back to Japan to visit some more.
There is no way we could find our way around without the portable wifi. This is a must have when traveling. Japan wireless service was great, pick up and return was super easy
Very happy thank you . We had internet everywhere we went occasionally it ran out but then I had the back up charger . Delivered to my motel , dropped it in the post box , at the end of my trip

The pocket wifi is a life saver! Connects multiple devices. We were 6 connected all the time and it keeps it's fast speed. Last almost the entire day but it if dies they include a free battery pack to charge it on the go. Highly recommend it and definitely will use it again when I return.
