Excellent

Japan Wireless was very helpful and easy! Highly recommend, thank you!

I stayed in Tokyo for 6 days and rented a pocket wifi from Japan Wireless. Pick-up at the airport was easy, and activation was simple as it came with written instructions in English. Drop-off was even simpler as long as you follow the instructions.

Speeds were good, and reception was great everywhere, even underground. The included power bank was extremely helpful where we were out all day.

The unit did stop working at one point, but the included troubleshooting guide fixed the issue right away.

Overall, great product! Would definitely use it again for future trips.

Good CS

The service was very convenient, I was a bit worried of getting lost trying to find my way through Tokyo and Hakone. The service was very strong and the device battery life was very good. I would definitely use their service again.

Worked consistently at a great speed. Never had an issue connecting the entire trip.

Delivery Perfect - Reliability Perfect - Speed Perfect. Would not risk using any other service.

Cannot recommend enough, WiFi is fast and battery lasted all day. I used the spare battery pack to charge my phone on the go. Would not have gotten around so easily without this WiFi rental.

Very fast & efficient service. Router has fast connectivity and long battery power.

Great
