Worked well in all 5 cities I visited in Japan (Tokyo, Nagasaki, Kobe, Osaka & Kyoto). Also in somee of the smaller cities like Nara & Hyogo. Good value for money. Easy pick up and drop off at Narita.

I would recommend this service to anyone needing wireless service in Japan!

I must admit to being a bit nervous about this, but it has been a dream. Our mobile wi-fi device was at the hotel when we arrived and has worked perfectly in our time in Japan - even when we are remote. The battery pack provided has been essential - the device needs to be topped up in the late afternoon, but it works perfectly! Can recommend!!

i used their pocket wifi for two weeks and did not have any trouble. the internet was fast always connected wherever i went. battery life is excellent and they give you a power bank to charge it. definitely 5 stars

Long lasting battery and good reception in both main cities and countryside. recommended

High speed wifi. Typically died after 10 hours and the external battery pack didn’t have enough current to charge the device. Learned to deal with the issue and would use again.

The mobile router works fine, and gives a stable connection, untill the battery runs empty.

Everything was great! Item was shipped to my hotel on time and returning item was easy! The only bad thing was the extra battery pack wasn't working properly so I had to use mine. Not a really big problem for me but might be for some other people that don't bring their own battery on trips. Other than that I was really satisfied with the service.

The pocket WiFi worked great throughout Japan. Picking up at airport was easy and all instructions were included on how to return. Will use again when we return to Japan
