This was my first time to Tokyo and I wanted a pocket WiFi so I didn’t have to use the incredibly expensive AT&T international day plan. Japan Wireless came highly recommended and I was beyond impressed. It was easy to order online. It was easy to pick up. It was easy to connect my devices. It was easy to use. It was easy to return (and I received a confirmation of the return the next day). Never had any technical issues and the charge lasted the full day (we had the battery backup with us but never needed to use it). Highly recommend this service!

Easy pick up/drop off and the pocket WiFi works very well!

It was very easy to pick up and return the Japan Wireless device! Every instruction was clear and helpful. I picked it up at Haneda Airport and returned it there as well.

I really liked the device. There was a power bank included in the bag, but I never needed to use it because the battery life of the Wi-Fi device was excellent. It easily lasted almost an entire day.

We never had any issues with the connection. The internet speed was great, and we connected 2–3 devices at the same time without any problems. Sometimes we used only one device to save battery, but even then the battery life was impressive.

If you are traveling in Japan with two or more people, I would definitely recommend renting one and using it wisely throughout your trip.

We used it for a week from Tokio to Osaka on many different places and it worked fantastic.

Great customer service when I needed it! My WiFi device had issues and eventually failed but customer service promptly responded within a few hours with solutions to try and access to eSIM until they could send me another device. A replacement t device was mailed to me at my hotel within 48 hours. Mishaps with hardware occur but what made a difference was the customer service to resolve it. When I got the new device it worked perfectly fine for the rest of my travels.

We picked up the device at Tokyo haneda terminal 3, we set it up together and didn’t stop working ever since. Reliable, fast speeds until we dropped it off at a post mailbox.

Great service, picked up right at our hotel check in. Worked well during long Shinkansen travel. Drop off at airport was super convenient.

This was a great product to use on my trip to Japan. With an older mobile phone, I wasn't confident in using an e-sim. This mobile wifi worked perfectly from Fukuoka to Tokyo. Great service, and really easy for a non-tech expert to use. Highly recommended.
