Always use Japan Wireless...very reliable

Highly recommend- great experience.

I have used japan wireless pocket wifi nanu times. I travel multiple locations, country side and cities. Everywhere I had internet.

Récupération très rapide avec passeport à l'aéroport d'Osaka. Prix imbattable et réseau fonctionnel et rapide jusqu'à la fin de mon séjour. Je recommande

The booth was easy to find once we had arrived and collection was smooth. It was explained how the router worked and how to return once it was no longer needed. We travelled in Japan for 3 weeks, Tokyo, Kyoto, Hiroshima, Nagano and Atami. We had no problems at all with using the router. It was useful to have the back-up battery, but we didn't really need to use it. If ever we return to Japan I would defiantly use Japan Wireless again.

Good delivery, and easy to use!

Really good and fast
Easy back post

I have to give 5 stars, when I went to Japan it was very easy, since the pick up of the package at the airport until the drop off. Very easy to install on my phone and the service 100%. When I was going for my second visit to Japan I bought again the pocket WiFi, unfortunately I couldn’t make , I have to say when I contact them the money was return into my account in a couple of days. Fantastic Service

Everything was super smooth! Easy pick up and drop off, the internet connection was great.

Great and easy location. Very easy drop off instructions. Great WiFi
