Convenient and available at the last minute!
I booked a pocket WiFi when I was leaving Paris. We did it at the last minute and finding an available one the day after was difficult (probably due to the period - 5 April)
We received an external battery but only used it once. The rest of the time the battery of the pocket WiFi istself was enough for an entire day of walking.
Easy to start and easy to return with the prepaid enveloppe.
I recommend this service!

We booked online. Pick up was easy. The battery survived the whole day for 10 days. The connection is awesome. Easy to return too. Highly recommended.

We used the pocket wifi while we were in Japan for a month. There were two of us using it on older phones. We were not able to get an e-sim, so the pocket wifi was a perfect fit for us. it was always reliable and lasted most of the day. Since a portable charger was included, we found it worked great. It was such a great service. Easy to pick up and drop off at Haneada!

Had pretty much no trouble with connection and it was fast overall wherever I was. Once in a great while it would need to research for a network to connect but it didn’t bother me too much. Charge lasted the whole day as long as I charged it overnight.

I spent 2 weeks in Japan last month and decided to opt for Japan Wireless for internet connectivity on the go. The device is small, literally pocket size, and I had coverage everywhere I traveled. Battery charge life is also good and returning device super easy. I definitely recommend.

Excellent product, easy to use and very efficient, with excellent coverage everywhere and good price. Very convenient pick up and drop off. If I returned to Japan I would definitely use it again.
