Pick-up at the airport, drop at the airport...What not to like ?

What we need is a bit more speed, very benri, could be a bit more very speedy...

Had a great experience with the pocket wifi - loved that they provided a portable charger for recharging during the day! Only places that the wifi lost connection was at the top of Mount Fuji and a few times during our long Shinkansen ride across Japan, both are understandable! Overall, definitely recommend!!

Cannot recommend Japan wireless enough. Easy process to pick-up and use for duration of two week trip. Worked terrifically. Very reasonably priced. We will use again during our next visit.

For my trip to Tokio it worked great.

We have used Japan-wireless on many holidays and have never had any problems. Our recent 4 weeks in Hokkaido had full coverage everywhere we went, and the added portable charger is light and useful. We would not consider any alternative.

Always a great experience, never drops signal

I used the pocket Wi-Fi service and it was delivered to my door with all necessary papers and envelope to return it. I just dropped it in mailbox at the end of my trip. It was easy to set up and had a back up battery in case I needed it. Very good service and I will use it again.
