Worked everywhere and easy to use. Ordered online only 3 days before flying to Japan so I was worried, however picked up at Oaska airport and had working within minutes. Posted at Tokyo Airport Post Office as directed. Lasted all day with 2 users for 3 weeks. Highly recommend.

Easy to use. Very smooth transaction

Once we landed at Haneda Airport, we had to get the wifi for our entire family to use (Google Maps, Translate, etc). There were issues with activation at first but the rep finally gave us one that worked (4G). The wifi hub saved us a lot of money, otherwise, using our U.S. carrier international plan would have cost us 10x more. I highly recommend for any traveler to use Japan Wireless. My only request is if they can have 5G service one day, for my next trip to Japan.

Easy to use, power bank very useful

For our trip in Japan we decided to rent a pocket WiFi so several phones could be connected. The device had very good coverage all over Japan, but the additional battery was needed to have WiFi the whole day. The additional battery needs a whole night charging, even the lights tell you it's full. A couple of days the additional battery did not last long. Contacting the company was easy and their response quick. The return service via the included envelope excellent.

Japan wireless is amazing. Ordered the unlimited plan. Booked pick up a little after our arrival in Japan. Walked up to the counter and picked it up. WiFi worked great everywhere!!! It comes with a self addressed stamped envelope so right before we jumped on the plane, we dropped the envelope off at the airport and were on our way. A must for foreign travelers!!! Highly recommended!!! Just do it! You won’t regret it! 1000%
