We were in Japan for 10 days. I bought the 10GB for those days. Did have any problem. It was great. When I messed up with setting it up for the first time. They were good to response to my problem and send me a new QR code to try again. So I got my son the data from them. I wish they have more than a month deals. So we don’t have to do it every month. I’ll definitely use them again.

It was so fast and easy from reserving online to pick up and drop off. Everything we needed was in the case provided including portable charger. Will definitely rent from here again!
