This worked really well for my trip! I was able to have solid service almost everywhere I went! The only negative I have is that I didn’t have an easy way to check how much data I used/had left so I used it sparingly even though I bought a good amount of gb. I wish there was an app or a spot online under your account that monitors usage. Other than that it was great and we would have been lost or stuck many times without it.

It was easy to go to counter to pick up to wireless hot spot, I didn't have any issues. The company included an external battery as well. It was would last for most of the day, I would end up having to charge it towards the end of the day. The signal was pretty good for most of the trip! You do need to stay close if multiple people are using it, if you walk too far you'll lose connection.

They also include the mail envelope with postage to drop off easily, so you can drop it off at the airport. Make sure you do before security or at any post office outside of the airport.

Very handy and easy to use. Great to have when travelling outside of your own data carrier.

Pickup at the airport went smoothly, and the return was made in the provided envelope, which had to be dropped off at the mailbox. Installation was very easy, and there was a good internet connection for the most part.
