Our recent holiday in Japan was made all the more enjoyable by having access to our pocket wireless device. Easy to get/return, easy to set-up, competitive pricing, and very convenient. Connectivity was great wherever we travelled, and the device was small enough to pack into a bum bag. We were very happy and will use again.

Really convinient product, super easy to order, collect, and then return at the end of your trip, with good communication & all the instructions you need. The pocket wifi device worked faultlessly, with plenty of data and also excellent battery life, despite near constant use. Wouldn't hesistate to recommend if you can't or don't want to use an esim.

Convenient, very easy to use and not too bulky to carry in a small bag. If you need to use your phone for navigation, this is very handy. My only negative is that the battery does not last 8 hours or even 20 hours on the portable battery. So make sure you charge it whenever you get a chance.

It is just easy to use. Did have to give the qr scannng process three tries before is processed fully, but that was it.

Good speed , thank you

Easy process of claiming and returning. The wi-fi is fast and reliable enough for the whole trip.

Always our go to when we visit Japan, have used 4 times, and travelled throughout the country, this time to Okinawa Islands with no problem. So easy to pick up and post back. Will use again

Really good works well and very easy to install and activate

Easy to connect. Worked well

I’m so glad we got one of these for the trip. I will say, it runs faster with one device than two. It was only for me and my partner, and he had a locked phone. But the battery life was adequate for our needs, and it was absolutely handy for our trip! Would highly recommend
