Everything about this service is made simple for the customer. From delivery to our hotel, to being able to return it via a post box at the airport. The download speeds were as fast as advertised, and we didn't notice any areas in Japan where we didn't have service.

This was my first experience at using this portable Wi-fi device in Japan. It was easy to order, easy to set up and easy to return after use. I had full coverage 24/7. It was also helpful navigating my way around Japan via google maps!
