We were two couples traveling through Japan for several weeks. Each couple ordered a pocket Wi-Fi and Japan Wireless delivered them to our hotel the day before our arrival. The service was excellent and we never had a problem. It was a lot of fun and easy to use. On the day we departed we returned everything in the return postage envelope that was supplied, The next morning we got emails that the materials were received.

My wife and I did a 10-day combination of a land and cruise tour of southern Japan. I arranged to have the JW hotspot delivered to my hotel so it would be there when we arrived. The hotspot was there as promised. I used the hotspot for 3 devices while we were on our land tours. It worked flawlessly! It was easy to use and set up on our individual devices. Last, JW provided me with a mailing envelope and detailed instructions to return the hotspot, which I mailed at the Tokyo airport. JW later confirmed receipt of the device. I highly recommend JW for its superb service and ease of using this device during our trip.

When we bought sim cards for the first time two years ago, we were not satisfied, the internet speed was very low and we even had connection drops. We bought the 4G version. I never wanted to order anything from Japan Wireless again, but I said I would give them another chance and the next year we ordered the 5G version and they worked great. This year we ordered the 4G version and they were 100% functional and we were very satisfied. We picked up the sim cards at the reception in our hotel upon arrival, which I also praise. In Japan, you can rely on it, unlike in Europe. I highly recommend Japan Wireless. We will order again in September because we are flying to Okinawa and we need the internet. Thank you. The activation was fast and it worked.
We got two esims. With one of them we didn't experience any issues with the connection. The other one had some troubles at times,but it could be the phones fault as well.
All in all we are happy.

Excellent service. The whole system is so simple. Order online, pick up, turn on, and afterwards post back. It worked really well.

Just a perfect service to have internet access during your stay in Japan

Excellent experience. Easy pick up at Narita terminal 1 then return to any post office. Easy to connect just have to scan the barcode. Thank you 😊

Seamless process. My pocket WiFi was delivered right to my hotel room and the drop off at the airport was convenient with the mailbox being located right inside the entrance to the terminal. Also, having WiFi with me all the time was great. And multiple people in my tour group could be connected.

So easy to use and reliable. Would definitely recommend.
