We used it for two weeks while travelling around Japan. It's just so useful to not depend on free WiFi and to be able to use maps, messanger or just simply google something on the run. The battery lasted us aroind two days before we had to recharge it. The Return was also uncomplicated, just throw it in a post box at the airport and you're good to go. We will definitely use ypur service again the next time we're going to Japan!

Easy to collect and return at airport

I always rent a pocket Wi-Fi when I go to Japan. easy ordering process and quick pick up process at Shibuya branch. I had some bad and no reception a couple of times when I took it to Gala yuzawa ski resort in niigata. I don't know if the snowfall, cold weather, or position on the mountain those days might've been a factor. The highest count of people that were connected at the same time we're probably three but speed was still good. Overall a good pocket Wi-Fi, I would definitely rent again and would recommend to others!
