Even if we ordered just a day before our trip, our device was immediately delivered to our hotel on the day of our arrival. The package was complete and connection was never a problem whether we were in Sapporo or in Tokyo. Japan Wireless is highly recommended for its efficient service and top notch customer care. Would avail of its services again on our next trip to Japan.

Easy collection and drop off. Easy to set-up. Reliable internet source in Japan.

All went very well except it wifi ended earlier than expected.

I have no complaints about the pocket wifi. Worked perfect. Always had a signal. But the only problem was the charging cord. It would take so long to charge the pocket wifi and the battery. Sometimes it would be plugged in all night and in the morning still wasn’t charged.
I’m not sure if I got a defective charging cord.
I plan to use it again in the future. Hopefully charging the power won’t be a problem.

Very good device, simple for use

Easy pick, up set up and it worked well also came with a battery bank which will be needed if you're on maps a lot like I was.

This is an excellent wi-f service! We used the wifi every day of our three week holiday travelling through Japan and it was sensational! Very easy to set up, great battery life (and it came with a power bank) and it never let us down. I would not travel through Japan without it. Pick up was easy at the airport and they include a postage paid pack to return it at the airport when we were leaving! I highly recommend this service.

Worked as advertised

Use Japan Wireless when I visit Tokyo. Always ready, good pricing, and really good service. Easy to connect, good battery life, and good Wi-Fi signal. (I'm from USA, Verizon LG G6 phone) Super convenient, highly recommend!

Staying connected was so essential during our trip! I love that the battery lasts all day long and the connection was very good everywhere we went. Convenient pick up and drop off as well. Worth it!
