Easy to use and had good coverage. Would be good to have an actual drop off area in the Fukuoka departure terminal

Bought the standard unlimited data pocket WiFi plan for a 19-day trip, excellent experience. Full battery gives you more than a day of continuous use (barely used the additional battery), I had no problems with signal or service whatsoever, and could do everything from the simplest messaging apps, maps and GPS anywhere, to streaming services without issue and even at a faster speed that local WiFi, even if more than one person was using it. Would definitely be buying again in future visits! A must for people that are not able to use a physical or eSIM card.

They were very accommodating when I had a delayed flight and couldn't pick up my wifi unit.

Japan Wireless made connecting to the internet easy and convenient. Our unit arrived at our hotel the same day we did so we were never without service. Returning the unit couldn’t be any simpler. Put it in the envelope provided and take to any post office or post box. We will definitely be using Japan Wireless again for our next visit to Japan. We made an excellent choice.

We loved it! I was unable to have a SIM card for my phone and was desperate to not pay my carrier’s roaming fee. The pickup was quick and easy once we got there at the airport, it did take some figuring out exactly where it was lol - had great connection the entire time and never died on me once over 2 weeks. As long as you charge it every night you should be good. Also comes with a portable charger on the go. Loved it and would use again for our next trip!
