Reliable is key word
Never really had any issues with the device and it pretty much kept me connected everywhere I went in Tokyo, Osaka, and Kyoto. Battery life went fast sometimes but the portable battery they gave me kept it alive enough every day.

The premium wifi is excellent. I used it whole day, the battery is great. Did not have to use the power bank anymore.
