Pocket WiFi was waiting at our hotel when we arrived, as arranged. Worked flawlessly for three days touring Tokyo and two days at Disney parks. Return was straightforward and cost was reasonable. Would strongly recommend
Easy to pick up at Narita, powerbank as a bonus, all in all good value.
I always use JW since 2017 it's the 4th time and works well even very far from the cities. If fails you can change the signal and that's it easy to pick up and return

Great service even adjusting rental days before I was going to fly into Japan.
The wireless hotspot we ordered had no limit on high speed data. My carrier Verizon's (USA) best option was much more expensive with limited data. The only drawback is that the hotspot had to be charged, but a battery back was provided with the hotspot so it wasn’t a big deal.
