We used the pocket WIFI for our 11 day trip to Japan. Pickup was easy from Haneda and we took it to Kyoto, Osaka, and Tokyo. It was easy to connect multiple devices and provided fast and reliable data. The cost for the trip was very reasonable and we had no issues returning it.

Pocket wifi is great alternative if you do not have mobile phone with e-SIM possibility. It functioned reliably, connected with 4 devices and battery stayed charged nearly whole day.
Very simple and reliable delivery of the mobile WiFi device to my destination airport. The device comes complete with a power bank and charging cable. Access to WiFi in 30 seconds without any problems. Returning the device using the enclosed envelope was also easy to do. The 100% worry-free package, I'd use it again anytime.
